Create New Opportunities

Reflection:

Creating new opportunities is about finding a solution to a problem. Once we think that we have found a solution we have to step back and look at everything involved to make our solution work. In doing this we are able to create numerous oppertunities to not only better our selves, but the companies and people that we work for as well. The ability to create and innovate in situations that seem hopeless is what can make or break employees. 

Albert Einstein once said, " I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work." When I read this I'm filled with inspiration. Never in my life have I failed but instead every moment leading up to this point in my life has taught me lessons on how to do better the next time. So when I think about creating new opportunities in my life they're many ideas that come to mind. Some won't work out but there is no doubt in my mind that they will lead we to bigger and better opportunitities in my future. Life isn't about being perfect, but instead it is about creating opportunities out of the imperfect moments.
